One-on-One Workouts

If you’re the type of person who doesn’t like gyms, has minimal time to get to and from the gym, or enjoys working out in the privacy of your own home this option may best suit you. Minimal equipment is needed to perform in-home personal workouts. Your personal trainer will provide you with additional equipment to keep workouts effective and challenging!

With our in-home services you will workout in the privacy of your home, with one-on-one consulting and convenience. Each session begins with a fitness assessment and goal orientation. All sessions are 60 minutes in length.

If you're tight on time, or on a budget but still want all the benefits of personal training our 30 minute power workout is perfect for you!! We'll leaving you exhausted, but satisfied that you've pushed your hardest to achieve maximal results after your workout.

Cost:

  • Get Started Package starting at $199 (new clients only)
  • 1 on 1: 1 session $85
  • 1 on 1: 10 sessions $700
  • 1 on 1: 20 sessions $1300
  • 1 on 1: 30 minute power workout $40/session

Small Group Training Packages

If training with a friend or small group is something that motivates you, we offer great group training rates. Whether it's a boot camp style workout with a friend, or a focused session on abs and butt that you're looking for, we will create a workout that will keep all of your goals in mind, while having fun in a group setting.


Cost:

  • 2-on-1 training: $45/person with a 10 session committment
  • Groups of 3-5: $35/person with a 10 session committment
  • Groups of 6-10: $20/person with a 10 session committment

Important Information

  • Certified Personal Trainers will arrive with bands, medicine balls, BOSU ball, conditioning bags and/or light weights as requested prior to first appointment.
  • A clear area of at least 20 square feet is necessary for the workout.
  • Prices include HST. Receipts will be given.
  • Payment is by cash only for first time customers.
  • Prices listed apply to the area bordered by Eglinton Ave., Hwy 404/DVP, King Road and Weston Road. A travel surcharge will apply to visits outside this area.

Bridal Workouts

We all want to look our best on our special day! We can help you get started with one of several packages offered for brides and grooms! Customized to meet your workout needs, we will travel to your home and cater to your personal goals to help get you in your ideal shape before your big day. Packages range from training once a week to three times a week, given your goals and time frame to your wedding day.

If you and your spouse-to-be want to train together, or perhaps you're the type of person who needs an extra push from a friend or family member who is also in your wedding party, we also have 2-on-1 and 3-on-1 sessions with a certified Personal Trainer.

Personalized Program Design

If you want to train on your own without a trainer a program can be set up for you to obtain your desired goals. After discussing your goals, limitations and equipment available we will design a program and take you through the workout so you can complete it on your own.
