Shanna Brander
Personal Training Specialist
Certified Athletic Therapist


Shanna has helped a multitude of clients lose weight, strengthen core muscles, improve energy levels and gain self-confidence in themselves and their abilities. She draws on a large variety of functional and dynamic exercises that range in difficulty level to keep you challenged and looking forward to your next work out!

Shanna's experience comes from working in various fitness facilities and volunteering her time with Rugby Ontario, and Rugby Canada.

Shanna's dual role as both a Personal Trainer and Athletic Therapist allow her to help rehabilitate both new and old injuries. Whether it's a weak back, bad knees, a sprained ankle or you're looking to improve your fitness level and lose weight she will create a program catered to your needs. Shanna also draws on experience having worked with both pre- and post-natal clients, ensuring pregnancies are healthy and workouts are within safe limits.

Shanna’s role is to be a resource, motivator and skilled professional who will help you make the changes necessary to achieve, and maximize your desired goals and peak performance to reach a healthier and long lasting lifestyle.

 

 

 

Michael Favaretto
Personal Training Specialist

With over 10 years of experience Michael has worked with a large range of clientele in a variety of settings. His approach to health and wellness is to act as a personal coach, experienced trainer and personal motivator. Michael believes a solid exercise and fitness routine starts with proper body alignment, correcting muscle imbalances and developing a strong core.

Michael works with each client, helping to establish realistic and personal fitness goals, break bad habits, monitor nutrition behaviors and build trust between clients and himself.

He continually updates his vast database of exercises to create programs that are fun and challenging, ensuring clients are always looking forward to their next workout. Michael specializes in overall body conditioning and functional awareness. As a trainer, his goal is to coach and motivate clients to strive for excellence, optimize their goals and have fun in the process.
